Wilton Studio’s Leaside mixed-use scheme was awarded Planning Consent on 4th November.
Works have started on the refurbishment and extension of the Old Schoolhouse.
The conversion of an existing office block into flats is progressing well on site. The new partitions are installed and the first fix for mechanical and electrical installations is nearing completion.
Wilton Studio have gained planning consent for the refurbishment and extension of a former village school in Essex to create a sustainable family home with annex flat. It will have a ground source heat pump, solar panels and biodigester. The large garden will provide fruit and vegetables and house two pigs. Start on site estimated early 2015.
We are currently working on creating 12 flats in an existing office block. The flats are arrange to make the most of the generous fenestration and will be fitted with high quality finishes, retaining a sense of loft living. Start on site was February 2015.
